Dahrendorf visiting fellowships are designed to involve academics from institutions of academic excellence and leading practitioners drawn from the appropriate fields. The fellows further the interaction between academics and practitioners and are required to contribute publications.
Frank Jotzo is an associate professor and the director of the Centre for Climate Economics & Policy at the Crawford School of Public Policy, Australian National University. He has advised governments, is a lead author of the Fifth Assessment Report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and is a frequent contributor to the public and policy debate in Australia and internationally.
