Dahrendorf visiting fellowships are designed to involve academics from institutions of academic excellence and leading practitioners drawn from the appropriate fields. The fellows further the interaction between academics and practitioners and are required to contribute publications.
Frank Goetzke is an associate professor in the Urban and Public Affairs Department at the University of Louisville. Prior to earning his PhD in economics (West Virginia University, 2006), he worked for many years as a transportation analyst, both for a public agency and in consulting. He holds an MA in energy and environmental studies and a BA in political science and biology.
