As part of the Mercator Kolleg, Finn Hagemann focuses on the technical and geopolitical analysis of cyber threats targeting civil society. The goal of his fellowship is to develop a holistic and interdisciplinary understanding of the mechanisms by which cyber threat actors target the various facets of our democratic society. Previously, Finn worked as a cyber researcher at valantic Management Consulting, analyzing the operational procedures of threat actors in deep and dark web channels. Finn studied political science and language studies in Bonn, Toronto, Berlin, and Paris.
