Felicia Bulat is 21 years old and is currently in her second semester studying to become a teacher, with a focus on English and Social Sciences/Economics-Politics, at the University of Cologne.
She is a scholarship holder of the Hans-Böckler-Stiftung and is active in a committee repesenting the interests of fellow scholarship holders. At the NRW Talent Center, she serves as a talent mentor and jury member for the selection interviews of the RuhrTalente student scholarship program, contributing to educational equity and the participation of children and young people.
Further, she advocates for women’s rights, empowerment, and the fight against patriarchal structures through her contributions to Zonta International and the local Zonta Club Cologne. In the future, she hopes to teach, conduct international research, and use her research to support political and feminist education. In this context, gaining international experience is of particularly importance to her.
Felicia Bulat completes her short-time work placement in the Connecting Europe Team at the European Policy Centre in Brussels, Belgium.
