Esma Firuze İncili is part of a network of young Turkish and European leaders from all sectors who come together once a year to engage in intensive dialogue and to share views and ideas about topical social issues. The Turkey Europe Future Forum takes place alternately in Turkey and Germany, as well as in other European countries.
Esma Firuze İncili works as an expert at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey. Her responsibilities range from being national contact person of several programs run by international organisations such as Council of Europe and European Union in both Ankara and Istanbul Offices to counselling directly the Minister. She has master’s degrees in Human Rights from Hacettepe University, Ankara and in Comparative Social Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science where she studied as a Jean Monnet scholar. She had prior volunteer engagements at the Turkish Education Volunteers Foundation and Social Innovation Centre (Turkey) and the Green Impact Project and Family Holiday Association (United Kingdom) specialising on education, environment and social tourism. She is a fellow of Yenibirlider (A New Leader) Association.
