His project analyses the mutual economic advantages gained from knowledge transfer and interactive learning between Turkey and Germany. The project aims to contribute to a better understanding of Turkish-German networks.
Dominik Hartmann is an economist. He works as an EU Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellow at the MIT Media Lab. Since 2010 he has worked as an assistant researcher at the University of Hohenheim (Germany), where he is a principal investigator in a BMBF-TÜBITAK project (TUR 10/I65) on Turkish-German innovation networks in cooperation with the Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir. Dominik Hartmann holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Augsburg and a master’s degree in international economics and development from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
