Short biography

Daphne Büllesbach studied European and Social Sciences in London, Paris and Cambridge. Afterwards, she gained professional experience working for, among others, Amnesty International in Paris and the Latin American Institute of Social Science in Buenos Aires. Since 2008 she worked as a Junior Project Manager at the GTZ in Brussels. During her Mercator year she focused on the harmonization process of the European asylum refugee policy. Daphne Büllesbach works fo the NGO European Alternatives in Berlin.
