Claudia Gerber (26) from Rostock studied Management, Development Economics and International Relations at the University of Cambridge and Yale University. She worked with Goldman Sachs in London, the German Federal Foreign Office in New York and Innovations for Poverty Actions in Malawi. During her Mercator year, she works on small and medium enterprise development in sub-Saharan Africa in order to facilitate economic growth and poverty reduction in the region.
