Cihan Sügür is an Associated Partner at MHP – A Porsche Company, one of Germany’s leading management and IT consultancies. He leads the firm’s Public and Defense business, focusing on digital sovereignty, resilience, artificial intelligence, and state innovation.
He holds a degree in Business Informatics and gained international experience through academic and professional assignments in Stuttgart, Santa Barbara (USA), and Istanbul (Türkiye). Prior to joining MHP, he held leadership and strategic roles at IBM, Deutsche Bahn, and Olympus. At Porsche AG, he served as Lead Digital Strategy in the CEO Office, helping shape the company’s digital transformation agenda.
Cihan holds an MBA from the prstigious WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and is a recipient of the CIO Young Talent Award. He is a member of the Atlantik-Brücke network, was recognized as one of Capital magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 in Germany and lives in Hamburg.
