Christian Hannemann, born 1984, studied modern history, political science and international relations in Oxford, Berlin and New Delhi. He gained professional experience working for, among others, the Goethe-Institute, the German parliament and the German Embassy in Washington, D.C. After completing his master’s degree, he worked in management consulting for two years. During the fellowship, Christian works on how international actors can effectively support capacity development in the public sector in developing countries.
