Büşra Aktaş started her career as a Risk Management Consultant in Deloitte where she has worked in various sectors. She is specialized in measuring the risk appetite, applying risk assessment and process improvement. Currently she is working in the life sciences sector as the Risk Manager of Bayer Turkey & Iran. Her main interest is change management in leadership. Büşra obtained her bachelor’s degree in both Economics and Business Administration from University of Istanbul, after completing a year abroad at University of Valencia as an exchange student.
