Antonia Mayer has been working in the field of German Defense Policy and EU’s external relations. She is a double Master’s degree graduate in Political Science at Rutgers University, USA and the University of Konstanz, Germany. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Public Administration. During her undergraduate studies, she studied in both Moscow and Prague. Previously, Antonia worked for a research institute in Ankara on Turkey’s grand strategy and for the Minister-President’s office of Baden-Wuerttemberg in Brussels.
She held several scholarships including the German-American Fulbright, the Estonian Archimedes, the Walter-Hallstein and the Young Security Fellowship among others. Currently, Antonia is an OSCE scholar of the Peace and Security Program. Her interests include Security Studies, European Politics and International Relations.
