Dahrendorf visiting fellowships are designed to involve academics from institutions of academic excellence and leading practitioners drawn from the appropriate fields. The fellows further the interaction between academics and practitioners and are required to contribute publications.
Anna Serzysko is a specialist and national expert in climate change negotiations (UNFCCC) and works at the National Centre for Emissions Management (KOBiZE) in Warsaw. Anna was a member of the COP19 Presidency team. She holds an MSc in environmental protection from Warsaw University and is a PhD student at the Warsaw School of Economics in the Collegium of Socio-Economics.
