Dahrendorf visiting fellowships are designed to involve academics from institutions of academic excellence and leading practitioners drawn from the appropriate fields. The fellows further the interaction between academics and practitioners and are required to contribute publications.
Andrzej Ancygier specializes in European renewable energy and climate policy. In his PhD, he analysed the implementation of the European Renewable Energy Directive in Poland. He conducted a large part of his research while working for the European Commission’s Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation (EACI). Andrzej also worked for the German Wind Energy Association.
