Project description

Ahmet Çörekcioğlu is part of a network of young Turkish and European leaders from all sectors who come together once a year to engage in intensive dialogue and to share views and ideas about topical social issues. The Turkey Europe Future Forum takes place alternately in Turkey and Germany, as well as in other European countries.

Short biography

Ahmet Çörekcioğlu works as a civil servant at Zeytinburnu Municipality, Istanbul. At the municipality, he is responsible for project grant calls such as Erasmus+, EU IPA programs, Horizon 2020, Blacksea Basin Cooperation Program and the program of embassies. Previously, he acquired professional skills on project management while working for a consultancy company and being involved in an NGO project on global environment facilities.
Ahment is volunteering in multiple civil society organizations such as Zeytinburnu Cycling Club Association, Turkey Photography Foundation and UPS Sports Club Association. He holds a Bachelor degree in Political Science and International Relations from Boğaziçi University, Istanbul.
