Target groups:

This series of seminars is targeted exclusively at female members of the Stiftung Mercator alumni network. The number of seminar participants is limited to 15 so as to ensure effective learning and a secure environment for exchange. The seminar language is German.

Deadline: 10. August 2017

Whether they are active in the fields of international affairs, science and humanities, education, culture or politics, many highly qualified women in Stiftung Mercator’s network report that they face major challenges in rising to the upper echelons of their institutions. Our new "Mercatora" programme aims to provide alumnae from various Stiftung Mercator programmes and projects with a framework within which to share views and experience, to advise one another and to learn important action strategies for their future careers.

Together with our partner, the European Academy for Women in Politics and Business, we have designed a series of seminars designed to promote young women with at least three years of professional experience in their career orientation and, by giving them access to a network of like-minded peers, to strengthen them long-term so as to support their professional success.
