Michael Schwarz has been heading the Centre for International Affairs at Stiftung Mercator since 2011.
Previously, he held various positions at Robert Bosch Stiftung, most recently as director of communications. Other professional experiences include CNC, an international communications consultancy, and the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. He studied public policy and political science in Germany and the US.
